How It All Started

It all started in my Great Grandpa’s kitchen. He had a natural talent for baking incredible treats, and he was the very first person to share the joy of good food with me. One memory that will always stick with me is making strawberry crepes together—him showing me the ropes, and me perched on my little stool as the official taste-tester.

Inspired by Simple Joys & Good Company

I founded Little Shire Bakery out of a major sweet tooth and a deep love for sharing homemade goodies made from scratch.

The name itself is a nod to my love for J.R.R. Tolkien's Shire and the hobbit lifestyle—a celebration of warmth, simple pleasures, good food, and great company.
