Ben and Marty provided outstanding ambulance service and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. Their response was fast, well-coordinated, and extremely efficient.

What stood out the most was their ability to safely and quickly transport the patient through a very narrow and challenging space. Even though the situation looked difficult and risky, they handled it with confidence, precision, and calm control. There was no delay, no confusion, and no unnecessary movement—everything was done smoothly and with purpose.

Their teamwork was solid, their communication was clear, and their focus on patient safety was evident from start to finish. They managed what could have been a complicated delivery into a tight area and executed it flawlessly.
